LARRY BARKER has been in full time ministry over 40 years having pastored and planted churches in America and in Romania. He recently led a church in East Texas through a church replant. He has a Bachelors degree in Church Ministries with a Masters in Theology. He recently graduated from The Church Consultation University and has led several churches into the process of revitalization.
He is a trained coach and for 13 years has been the Director of Church Planting (USA) for the Baptist Missionary Association with a goal to “raise up church planters to transform their communities with the gospel.” He also oversees church health as the Director of the Activate Initiative which desires to “Activate God’s Church God’s Way!”
More importantly, Larry has been married to Shelby over 40 years and they have three wonderful children who are all married and are blessed with 7 grandchildren.
DREW CLINE has served churches around the country for over 30 years. The majority of his ministry has been in worship and creative art. He became the Lead Pastor of Temple Baptist in October of 2016 and led the transition and replant launch of South City Church on Easter 2017. He’s been married to his wife Lori for over 25 years and has 2 little girls Daisy Joy and Jovie May.
He’s led worship and taught at worship conferences at Willow Creek, Saddleback, and others. Drew was the lead singer of NewSong in 2006 and 2007, where he was nominated for a Dove award with “The Christmas Hope” and then released his own project called “Way Of Life” in 2007. While living in Nashville, Drew was a session vocalist working on projects for such artists as (Dolly Parton, Mercy Me, Third Day, BeBe Winans, Promise Keepers and countless others as well as other commercial work for The Today Show, CMT, HGTV, Kohls, Chevrolet, and Ford and Yamaha). His last project called “I Am Becoming” was released in 2015. He has a B.S. in Organizational Management from John Brown University and is currently working towards his Masters in Theology and Doctorate of Ministry in Theology and Culture from The Antioch School. He’s a big fan of all things vintage (especially old guitars) and horses.
